BOSS AI operates on a freemium model. The free tier provides generous daily limits with full AI quality — no degraded experience. Pro unlocks unlimited usage and additional features. All purchases are made in-app via the App Store (iOS/macOS) or Microsoft Store (Windows).

3. Free Trial

  • • 7-day full Pro trial on first install — no credit card required
  • • All Pro features available during trial with no limits
  • • After trial ends, account reverts to free tier automatically
  • • Trial is managed locally and does not auto-charge

4. Billing and Payment

  • • All purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS/macOS) or Microsoft Store (Windows)
  • • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • • Lifetime purchase is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase
  • • All prices in USD; taxes may apply based on your location

5. Daily Limits (Free Tier)

When free tier daily limits are reached:

  • • Dictation: Active sessions always complete fully — limits apply on the next attempt
  • • Boss Mode and Rewrite: A preview of the result is shown; upgrade to unlock
  • • All limits reset at midnight local time

6. Refund Policy

  • • Refunds for subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are handled by the App Store or Microsoft Store
  • • To request a refund, contact Apple or Microsoft support through your account
  • • No refund is needed for the free tier

7. Cancellation

  • • Cancel anytime through your App Store or Microsoft Store subscription settings
  • • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • • No cancellation fees
  • • After cancellation, account reverts to the free tier

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing annual and lifetime subscribers retain their pricing for the duration of their current term.
